MIKEL ARTETA has made the worst start of any manager in Arsenal's entire history – despite overseeing the impressive draw at Chelsea on Tuesday night.
The Gunners fought valiantly with ten men at Stamford Bridge to secure a 2-2 draw, thanks to Hector Bellerin's late strike.
But having dropped two more points, Arteta has now earned just seven points in his first six Premier League games.
That tally is joint-lowest, level with Billy Wright – but Arteta is bumped to the bottom spot (out of 20) having won just one of his first six, in the 2-0 victory against Manchester United on January 1.
Aside from that, the Spaniard has led his side to draws against Chelsea, Sheffield United, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth.
The home defeat by Chelsea on December 29 is Arteta's sole loss in the Premier League so far.
