Man Utd boost as Leeds star Kalvin Phillips 'set to switch agents to seal stunning summer transfer'

April 29, 2022

KALVIN PHILLIPS is set to switch agents in order to secure away a transfer away from Leeds United, according to reports.

The midfielder is in high-demand despite an injury-plagued season – with Manchester United at the front of the queue.

Phillips, 26, was being "circled" by super-agents earlier this season.

The England ace is currently represented by former Leeds full-back Kevin Sharp, who was confident of keeping hold of Phillips as his client earlier in the campaign.

But with the Leeds academy graduate's contract with Sharp set to expire, the MEN claim that Phillips WILL be changing agent in order to eventually get his move.

Jesse Marsch's side are currently planning to have their star midfielder still at the club next season.

Phillips is under contract with Leeds until 2024.

The Whites are hoping that interested parties will be put off by his 14-week hamstring injury layoff.

He made his first start since December 5 when he lined up in Monday night's 0-0 draw with Crystal Palace.
