Leroy Sane puts Man City ahead at Watford – nutmegging Ben Foster with his chest

Pep Guardiola couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw the German make contact with a fine cross from Riyad Mahrez near the end of the first half.

Most players would have chosen to head the ball in that situation.

But Sane went a step further by using his chest to control the ball while simultaneously firing it past Ben Foster into the net.

It was even more humiliating for the Hornets goalie as the ball slipped between his legs, nutmegging him in the process.

Mahrez himself got on the scoresheet in the second half, with City looking to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.

Meanwhile, City got off to a flyer before the match even started when their train made an unexpected stop.

The Manchester Piccadilly to London Euston never stops at Watford.

But passengers couldn't believe it when their train made an unscheduled stop to let Guardiola and his men off at Watofrd.

And the favour clearly helped City in their preparations, maybe even giving Sane time to plan his chest nutmeg.
