Kamaru Usman trolls Conor McGregor over 'three weights' boast with three pics of UFC star being choked out
April 7, 2022KAMARU USMAN has mocked Conor McGregor's impressive record of knockouts in three divisions – reminding the UFC's poster boy he's suffered submission losses in each of the weight classes he's fought in.
McGregor, 33, became the first fighter in UFC history to score knockouts at featherweight, lightweight and welterweight in January 2020 with a 40-second demolition of Donald Cerrone.
The Irishman recently boasted about his exploits on Twitter, saying: "3 weights. 3 KO’s. Moving up. The one and only one to ever do it."
But that prompted reigning welterweight champ Usman to remind The Notorious has also been submitted in each of those divisions.
The Nigerian Nightmare posted a picture featuring images of McGregor's submission losses to Joseph Duffy, Khabib Nurmagomedov and Nate Diaz.
Usman's accompanying caption read: "I’ll just leave this here!!! #P4P."
