James Rodriguez 'wants return to Europe' and is willing to slash huge Qatar wages to seal transferApril 28, 2022
JAMES RODRIGUEZ is eyeing up a return to Europe after just SEVEN months and will slash his huge wages to do so, according to reports.
Rodriguez, 30, ended his Everton nightmare when he signed for Qatari side Al Rayyan in September.
He arrived at the Ahmed Bin Ali Stadium for a fee of around £6.9million with wages said to be £200,000-a-week.
But Win Sports TV claim that the Colombian has "communicated his desire to leave".
He is represented by super agent Jorge Mendes, who is supposedlyalready working on a move.
Rodriguez's move to the Middle East was a far cry from when he was one of the most sought-after talents in Europe following his World Cup Golden boot in 2014.
