  • MANCHESTER UNITED are up to seventh after a 3-1 win over Brighton.

Andreas Pereira opened the scoring in the first half, with a Davy Propper own goal quickly following.

Lewis Dunk pulled one back after the break but Rashford soon made the points safe for the Red Devils.

However, the England striker should have had another as he pulled his shot wide of an empty net with the score 3-1.

With the international break starting, attention will now be turning to who United will bolster their squad with in January.

The Red Devils are said to have a keen interest in Ajax goalkeeper and Andre Onana, as they look to provide extra competition for David De Gea.

The Tottenham target would reportedly be available for £50m.

United are also considering spending the same figure to bring Spurs' Christian Eriksen to Old Trafford in January, according to El Desmarque.

But the big news is a potential £70m summer offer for former winger Wilfried Zaha, who Solskjaer is keen to bring back to Manchester.
