MAN UTD couldn't record three-straight Premier League wins as they were held by Everton at Old Trafford.

Mason Greenwood was once again on the scoresheet as the youngster came off the bench to salvage a point after Victor Lindelof had netted a first-half own goal.

But Harry Maguire has been criticised by his own fans, after failing to keep another clean sheet, having cost United £80m in the summer.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils will be happy to be facing Belgian outfit Club Brugge in the Europa League Last 32 – avoiding the likes of Rangers, Eintracht Frankfurt, Roma and Shakhtar Donetsk.

And Erling Haaland continues to be a priority transfer target as the January window edges closer.

Sent out on loan by Atalanta, Kulusevski has bagged a combined ten goals and assists for Parma this season as well as making his debut for the Swedish national team.

The winger's latest exploits involved a goal and assist away to out-of-sorts Napoli on Saturday.

SunSport revealed last week that the Red Devils were keeping tabs on Kulusevski, who is also on Arsenal's radar.

  • GARY NEVILLE has warned Marcus Rashford that Mason Greenwood is breathing down his neck after calling the teen the better finisher of the two.

He said on his podcast: “I like Greenwood a lot. The composure that he shows at such a young age, his great physical presence.

“The way in which he finishes is that of a top centre-forward.

“Sometimes when you see a young player in front of goal, they panic a bit and snatch at things – [Daniel] James and [Jesse] Lingard do that quite a lot.

“But I'd say Greenwood is a better finisher than Rashford – and that's saying something.

“He really does look the real deal. I think Solskjaer knows that and he's going to bleed him in.”

  • JESSE LINGARD celebrated his birthday with a hilarious lookalike cake after Manchester United's 1-1 draw against Everton.

The stunningly accurate work of confectionery was shared by the Old Trafford ace on social media on his 27th birthday.

In the picture, Lingard held his hands in the 'JL' gesture — which he uses as part of his 'JLingz' brand.

He said: “Thank you for all the birthday messages, really appreciate all the love and support morelife.”
