Youthful mum ‘mistaken for 20-year-old’ shares top anti-ageing tip with fans
March 10, 2022A beautiful social media influencer surprised fans this week when she explained she was double the age she looked.
Amber Lancaster, 41, from California, shares beauty, fashion and lifestyle content on Instagram, @amberlancaster, where she has a whopping 398,000 followers.
The LA influencer and mother also has a TikTok account where she shares funny videos and stylish outfits.
But, one clip shocked social media users as she revealed that she’s not in her 20s, but is actually 41.
In a video, a voice-over said: "This is for everyone who looks younger than their actual age and people don't believe them when you tell them how old you are."
Amber, explained in the caption that she was born in 1980 making her over 40-years-old – and people in the comments couldn’t get over the information!
One poster said: "41 going on 25, you look like a young lady on stage!”
While another added: “People saying you look 30. I am 30. you look 25 – so beautiful!"
And, hundreds of commenters demanded that Amber share her ageless beauty secrets.
A poster wrote: "Literally the only one I’ve seen where you actually look younger than your age. Now tell us all your secrets.”
While another joked: "You look amazing !!! Give me your skincare."
In another clip on her TikTok channel, @amberlancaster007, the influencer obliged her fans and shared her ultimate anti-ageing secre in a video titled: “Four skincare products I love and swear by”.
She said: “First being tretinoin, you need a prescription for this, I’ve been using it for 15 years and it’s literally changed my skin.
“I’m 41 years old and I credit this little tube right here.
“It stimulated collagen production, it’s like the number one ingredient that’s scientifically proven to change your skin.
“But you do need a prescription for that.”
Amber also recommends adding a vitamin C serum to “brighten” the skin and the “Ponds Dry Skin facial Moisturiser” at night.
