Princess Charlotte’s favourite food revealed by mum Kate- and it’s a bit unusualFebruary 10, 2019
While most children will do pretty much anything for a biscuit or a few squares of chocolate, Princess Charlotte has her eye on something a big different.
Her mum the Duchess of Cambridge revealed the little royal’s favourite food during a visit to a school.
Kate told pupils at Lavender Primary School in north London: "Charlotte loves olives". How sweet!
It’s not the first time the Duchess has given an insight into her daughter’s favourite foods, and last year she told a well-wisher she also likes tucking into pasta.
During her visit to the school she also revealed that she’s teaching George and Charlotte to cook.
Matthew Kleiner-Mann, chief executive of the Ivy Learning Trust, who had a chat with her during the visit, told People : "She was telling us how much her children love cooking and how they cook for her.
"They made cheesy pasta the other day. One stirs the flour, one puts the milk and butter in. And they make salads and stuff.
"Food is important to her and she understands the links between mental health and physical exercise."
Kate visited the school to mark Children’s Mental Health Week.
She wore a £2,000 green Eponine dress with black tights and trendy black boots.
But many fans were a bit distracted by the outfit and noticed the pockets of the dress resembled an angry face.
One even dubbed it the "world’s angriest dress".
Some even compared it to a monster, the children’s character Evil Pea and Kermit the Frog.
But others loved the look regardless of the positioning of the pockets.
