DEAR DEIDRE: WE only have sex once every two or three months – but how can that be right?

There’s not even been a proper kiss between us in the past six months.

I am 23 and my boyfriend is 25. We have been together for just over a year and apart from the lack of sex, everything is going well.

I have tried to talk to him about it but each time I bring it up he says, “Why does it always come back to sex with you?” I don’t think I am being unreasonable.

If I try to initiate anything with him, he just says he’s tired or doesn’t feel well.

I feel bad about this, but feel I need sex.
