Morgan Evans slammed ex-wife Kelsea Ballerini for leaving out “what really happened” between them from her new EP and subsequent interviews.

Evans, 37, took to Instagram on Tuesday night to address Ballerini’s recent comments about their five-year marriage ahead of her tell-all interview on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

The statement comes just hours after the trailer for the upcoming podcast episode dropped, in which Ballerini gave more details about the pair’s “nasty” split.

In it, Ballerini, 29, revealed that by the end of the relationship, she was “sleeping on the couch” and felt like she was the only one putting in any effort.

“I was just tired of showing up in that way all the time and not feeling like I was seen or matched,” she said.

After releasing her emotional EP about their failed marriage called, “Rolling Up the Welcome Mat,” the songstress took a jab at Evans’ latest breakup song.

“He’s putting out a song about being blindsided. He’s taking half the house that he didn’t pay for,” she told host Alexandra Cooper.

Romance rumors started to swirl last month after Stokes, 30, shared a series of photos on Instagram of the pair snuggled up to one another at a football game.

Although the pair have kept mum on their relationship status, the “Roses” songstress seemingly confirmed speculation that they’re dating after revealing that she is no longer single in the podcast trailer.
