President Biden’s middle name tickles Twitter

This TikTok sensation has made it into the Inauguration Day parade.

Idaho Falls resident Nathan Apodaca — also known by his TikTok handle, @420doggface208 — made headlines in late 2020 for his viral lip-sync performance of Fleetwood Mac’s “Dreams” while skateboarding and hitting an Ocean Spray juice bottle straight.

Now, the 37-year-old’s name is again making the rounds for his inclusion in President Joe Biden’s virtual “Parade Across America,” part of the national protest- and coronavirus-safe digital reimagining of the traditional presidential inauguration.

Apodaca has come to be something of a mascot for staying chill amid adversity since the oddly calming clip of him skateboarding at sunset while sipping juice went massively viral. His video also helped to put “Dreams” back on the charts and got the attention of Mick Fleetwood, the Los Angeles Lakers and others. After going viral, Ocean Spray gave him a new truck (the previous RV he’d been living in had numerous problems) and fans raised money to buy him a home.

“I just jumped on my longboard. I had my cranberry juice with me, cause that’s my drink,” Apodaca, who describes himself as a “happy hippie,” has said of the inspiration behind the spur-of-the-moment, life-changing video. He now boasts over 3.3 million Instagram followers and has a manager.

Apodaca’s agent confirmed his participation in the event, where he’ll be representing his current and native state, to local Idaho Falls’ newspaper Post Register. Apodaca’s contribution to the virtual celebration is a video of him skateboarding around his hometown.

In addition to Apodaca, “Parade Across America” festivities will also feature videos and performances by Jon Stewart; Andra Day; a New Radicals reunion; The Trans Chorus of Los Angeles; Olympic athletes Nathan Chen, Allyson Felix and Katie Ledecky and the United States Coast Guard Band, among others. There will also be a 275-participant “Dance Across America” led by Kenny Ortega spanning 30 states and two territories. Tony Goldwyn is set to host.
