Money can’t buy you class, but it can buy you a spa day in the Hamptons.
Just ask “RHONY” alum Luann de Lesseps, who tells Page Six Style she’d love to receive a spa treatment or two for Mother’s Day — if not something a little sparklier.
“If they really want to thrill me, they’ll get me a little Tiffany pendant … something sweet like that,” she adds of her two children, Victoria, 28, and Noel, 26.
Not all of her present picks are quite as pricey, however, as she’s also a fan of “fabulous” MarieBelle chocolate — which sells gift-ready sweet sets like the Chocolate Lunch Box ($40) — and flowers from the likes of Venus et Fleur, famous for its bouquets designed to last at least a year.
“I love those arrangements … Mother’s Day is one day, but I like the idea of it lasting longer than that,” she says of the celeb-loved flower brand, which sells buzzy bloom arrangements like the Small Round Eternity Roses ($299) and the more budget-friendly Le Mini Round ($53).
It seems her relationship with several “RHONY” castmates has been similarly long-lasting; when asked whom she’ll text on Mother’s Day this year, she replies, “all of my OG ‘Housewives’ — Sonia, Ramona, Dorinda, you know, all the girls. We try to keep up with each other.”
In addition to sending well wishes to her fellow Bravoleb moms, the star plans to celebrate the special day with her kids in the Hamptons before embarking on a trip to the South of France for her upcoming birthday.
“Victoria is really more in the Hamptons, but my son is … an amazing painter so he lives and works in Brooklyn, but he’ll come out for Mother’s Day” she shares, adding that Noel once gave her a “very sweet” ceramic vase for the holiday that she still counts as a favorite gift.
As for her own creative side? While the cabaret star teases she’s currently working on new music — and talking with her producer about “making it a little more hip-hoppy” — she’s also taking the messages behind famed songs like “Chic C’est La Vie” and “Viva La Diva” to heart this Mother’s Day.
“Beauty, class and elegance lies within the soul,” she tells us.
“We should celebrate our inner diva, and I think that’s good for Mother’s Day. Mothers do everything … they’re the true goddesses, right?
