Bearing it all.
Janelle Monáe sent social media into a frenzy on Wednesday after posting a NSFW video of herself emerging from a pool wearing a wet, white T-shirt.
Monáe, 37, paired the see-through top — which read “PLEASURE” on the chest — with a pair of cheeky Champion shorts, leaving very little to the imagination.
“💄❤️🔥💋 tomm,” she captioned the clip on Instagram to promote her upcoming single, “Lipstick Lover.”
The sultry video caught many fans by surprise, joking that her newfound sex appeal was a stark contrast from her typical “Monopoly Man” outfits.
“Janelle Monae was hiding all that t—y underneath those Jimmy Cricket costumes all this time?” one fan asked.
“Trying to see why Janelle Monae is trending on your work computer,” another person tweeted alongside a gif of a person slamming their laptop shut.
“That tweet about everyone noticing Janelle Monae’s sex appeal ever since she stopped dressing like the monopoly man was 100% accurate,” chimed in a third.
“Janelle Monae felt like breaking the internet today,” joked one user.
Although Monae typically opts for more conservative garbs, the starlet recently pushed the boundaries at the 2023 Met Gala.
Despite arriving in an oversized coat over a structured hoop skirt, the singer stripped down into a pearl-embellished bikini beneath her see-through dress.
By the time she made it to the top of the red carpet, Monáe was nearly naked while posing in the dazzling two-piece.
She later gave fans a closer look at the ensemble — and her fit physique — by posting a series of behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram.
Once she hit the afterparty, Monáe showed off her outfit from every angle while dancing and performing on top of tables.
