Many people can often feel self-conscious about their bodies.

However, social media star Phoebe Sophia is trying to help change that.

The influencer, who boasts 24,800 followers on Instagram, often strips off for unfiltered posts to show her natural curves.

And people are loving her inspiring body positive posts.

In one of her latest posts on the site, the beauty was seen showing off her stretch marks as she stripped down to a skimpy sheer underwear set and garter belt.

Captioning the post, she told fans: " Stretch marks look cute, will not delete later."

Her followers lapped up the post, as they took to the comments section to praise the influencer for her honest post.

One exclaimed: "Love this, and you," while another gushed: "You are amazing."

A third chimed in: "Yes babe, you look gorgeous, I’m loving the confidence."

While in another post, the Manchester-based beauty gave fans tips about how to build a good relationship with your body.

These included surrounding yourself with a strong support system and practicing love and self-acceptance when it comes to your body.

She shared the tips as she posed in white off-the-shoulder crop top, paired with a white thong.

This weekend was no different either as she gave fans more inspiring words – telling them: "Belly rolls are not your enemy."

This time, she shared a close-up of her curves as she posed in a knitted white jumper which was draped around her body.

Again, followers were loving it, as one told her: "I love your posts."

While another added: "Respecting my warrior shell these days thanks to YOU."

The body positive movement is big on Instagram in particular at the moment.

Influencer Georgie Clarke also hit headlines this week as she debunked how models get 'flattering' sitting down pictures.
