Gym bunny embraces ‘belly rolls’ in pictures taken seconds apart

May 17, 2022

Influencers and gym bunny's spend a lot of their time posting photos that are not always representative of 'real life' – with flat tummies and no belly rolls.

But one gym-loving Instagrammer Bree Lenehan has been teaching people that the 'perfect body' doesn't exist.

Bree took to social media to reveal photos of her belly rolls, with one of the most recent captions reading: "When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.

"Trust me, it's like a SUPERPOWER."

The caption was accompanied by a before and after snap of Bree; one with a flat stomach and the other slightly outwards.

The Aussie internet star calls herself a "BFF for health, self love and positivity" and you can see her uploading pictures of her working out on her account @breeelenehan.

Bree is also outspoken about the differences between social media and real life – pointing out that what you see online isn't always accurate of what a persons life is really like.

For a long time now this body positive influencer has been sharing photos of her "body rolls" in all their glory.

On her most recent snap, which was posted on May 16, she went on to say: "When you start being kinder to your body & appreciate its uniqueness, the stretch marks that prove your growth, the way your body heals whenever you’re hurt, the way your smile can cause a snowball effect of smiles, the way your legs take you anywhere you need, the way your eyes allow you to see colour & your skin allows you to feel the warmth of being held.

"When you start looking at things through a different lens, you start SEEING the world (& yourself) differently…"

The post has already received more than 25,000 likes from her 634,000 followers.

People have been leaving supportive comments underneath it ever since Bree put up the eye-opening snap. One person said: "Thank you Bree I was struggling with body image lately."

Another commented: "Totally in LOVE with you."

Somebody else stated: "One of my favorite quotes! Love the example you’re setting around body image and self love and worth."

Bree has been setting a great example for men and women for a some time now – teaching people that there isn't anything wrong with belly rolls.
