There’s a Full Moon every single month in a different sign – last month it was in the last sign of the zodiac (Pisces) and this month it is in the first sign of the zodiac (Aries). Full Moons are always about cleansing and getting rid of what no longer serves you, and this month is no different. Express.co.uk chatted to Moon Mentor and author of three times Sunday Times Bestselling book Lunar Living: Working with the Magic of the Moon Cycles, Kirsty Gallagher (@kirsty_gallagher on Instagram) to find out the horoscope for this month’s Full Moon.

September’s Full Moon in Pisces came to move us into a new season in many ways.

The Libra New Moon came to help us re-establish a relationship with ourselves, make choices about our futures and set autumn intentions.

Now we’ve got the Aries Full Moon to give us the determination and energy we need for a specific task.

Kirsty said: “The Aries Full Moon is here to power you forwards into what you want comes the big, bold, fiery Aries Full Moon.”

Even though the Full Moon is on Wednesday, we’re all going to feel the effects of it in the days leading up to the event.

Kirsty said: “The days running up to this Full Moon are going to be huge, with powerful big energies that will pave the way for this Full Moon and the momentum she wants to bring.

“You may feel these energies strongly as raw emotions, a sense of not feeling wanted or accepted or like you don’t belong.”

The Moon Mentor warned there could be a lot of fiery anger being felt, along with struggle, fear and vulnerability coming to the surface around the Full Moon.

Kirsty said: “There will also be feelings of irritation and frustration, particularly around areas that you have sabotaged, avoided or where you have fallen out of alignment with what you want and your relationship with yourself.”

According to Kirsty, the phrase for Aries is ‘I am’ because the Full Moon is going to ask you the following:

  • Who are you
  • What are you
  • What do you want
  • Where are you putting your focus and attention?

So how do you overcome these feelings and make good from this lunar event? It’s all about manifestation.

The ‘Lunar Living’ creator said: “You may remember that the Libra New Moon asked you to begin to make choices about where you put your energy, focus, love and attention.

“Now this Full Moon wants you to put your attention and intention onto your choices and what you want to create.

“Trust in this moon, trust in you, trust in your own power, and trust in your intuition.

“Have the courage to go after what is stirring within you and most of all know you.

“This Moon wants you to root into a true sense of yourself and move forwards from here.”

This Full Moon is going to be really transformative and you may make important changes.

When you know who you are, what you want and say what you mean, you are unstoppable, Kirsty said.

She instructed: “When you believe in yourself and trust yourself and know yourself you can achieve anything. Come back to you, allow the rebirth.

“Put all your focus and attention on what you want to create and under this Full Moon, watch it begin to flow to you.

“It all starts with you – it always has and always will. Remember – I AM.”
