HOME interior fans are going wild over a £1 product that promises to hide ugly wires in your living room.

Although voice-controlled Echo Dot by Amazon has become all the rage amongst those obsessed with technology, the £35 gadget also comes with annoying cables.

Luckily, high street retailer Poundland has come to rescue once again with a product that will instantly get all the wires out of sight.

The item – a plastic case for Echo Dot – scans for a quid at the till and comes two neutral colours.

One of those raving about the must-have bargain for your home was Facebook user Abby Russ Strange, from the UK, who shared the delightful news on social media.

''A big thank you to the person that put this on here!'' the happy shopper wrote on the popular Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK Group.
