Now, an adorable video clip of Meghan at the Endeavour Fund Awards last week has emerged online and the royal appears to confirm the pair are keeping the baby's sex a surprise.
In the video, taken from The Royal Family Channel and shared on fan page, @harry_meghan_updates, Meghan seems to reveal she and Harry are waiting to find out whether the baby is a boy or a girl.
According to the transcription, Meghan said: "Oh thank you, I know, we don't know" before glancing down at her bump.
"Yes we decided to keep it a secret," she continued.
"… And it's one of those things, like, no matter what it is, it's still going to be a surprise."
While it's not confirmed that this is exactly what Meghan said, fans have been going wild on social media, gushing about the adorable parents-to-be.
One wrote: "Beautiful and Radiant. Meghan is the real deal. Love her."
While another said: "We'll soon know."
One fan even called Meghan a "role model" and thanked her for "coming into Harry's life".
"Beautiful Duchess, you are such a role model to all the women out there, especially the younger ones," she said.
"Your compassion and kindness is to be admired.
"Your strength of character against all the unkind people is to be applauded.
"Thank you for coming into Harry's life and making our Prince truly smile again, and truly happy."
The 37-year-old is thought to be due in April 2019.
While this has not yet been confirmed, Meghan reportedly let it slip during a trip to Birkenhead.
The Duchess revealed she is six months pregnant as she met locals in the Merseyside town during her and Prince Harry's first joint engagement of 2019.
