A WOMAN has hit back at people who skinny-shame her and say she should eat more food.

In a clip which has racked up over 58,000 likes, Yelena gave a sassy response to criticism she receives.

She replied to a comment she had received that said: “You should eat more.”

Yelena seemed unbothered in the clip and held up a burger as she wrote on her @yelenalala account: “And you need to eat less.”

She added that “body shaming needs to stop” and said in the caption: “‘leave me alone, I don’t do anything, i don’t say anything.”

Yelena also joked: “Sorry my waist is too tiny for me to be the bigger person.”
