TikTok user @emmakehoe4 posts fashion, beauty and lifestyle content to her platform.
She recently shared a video, revealing a major bra hack that will "change your game" when it comes to a backless outfit.
Emma said: "I know I'm going to get asked this question – I don't have a bra on.
"But do you know what I've done?"
Emma then showcased the small cover which you can take from inside a sports bra or swim wear.
She added; "Do you know the little gym pads that you get off swimwear, sports bras? These are a life-saver.
"This is going to like literally change your game for wearing backless ladies. Pop that in."
And finishing off her video, she said: "Life hack."

Bodysuits are a wardrobe staple – but wearing them for a long length of time can sometimes be uncomfortable.
Well, one fashion fan has come up with a genius hack to turn her Skims bodysuit into a top in seconds – and it couldn't be any easier.
Abigail, who posts under @abigailparkinson_, took to TikTok to transform her bodysuit.
She said: “If you wear bodysuits, you need to see this.”
The fashion fan revealed a khaki green sleeveless bodysuit.
Abigail said: “I have an amazing hack for you. I seen this on TikTok and I needed to share it. So I love bodysuits.
“This is my Skims bodysuit.”
The TikToker explained that sometimes she doesn’t like wearing it all day in work.
Abigail said: “So what you do is you grab your flaps and you just button it at the side. So it's like front and back, at the side.
“You've got two options, pop it down as normal.”
She tucks it into her jeans to create a top.
Abigail continued: “So it looks like this. No one will be any wiser.”
The second option is to create a sleek crop top.
The fashion fan said: “Or you can actually fold your bodysuit into a crop top. Now this one was my idea.
