I’m a cleaning pro – my cheap solution stops sink drains from getting clogged but I’m trolled for my approach
May 26, 2022CLEANING at the end of cooking and eating a big meal can lead to huge disasters if you don't clean out your plates beforehand.
Well, one cleaning expert has revealed her hack to prevent her sink from getting clogged – but sadly, people weren't into it.
Taking to social media, a woman who simply goes by Heather shared that she had purchased a sink strainer for just $13.
The strainer base is set up in the corner of the sink, where it can remain out of the way without clogging the sink as you do the dishes.
Every time you use it, you'll wrap a thin net around it where you'll drop your leftovers as you go.
This prevents water from collecting inside the netting and food from slipping through the strainer.

Additionally, others were more upset about her not throwing out the scraps before doing the dishes.
One user said: "Does no one clean out their dishes before the sink?"
While a second added: "I was today years old when I learned not everyone has disposals in their sink."
Would you have this strainer on the side of your sink? Or would you rather use the regular one?
