A GYM girl who weighs more than 200 pounds has revealed she is the happiest and heaviest she has ever been.

The fitness fanatic isn't fazed by the hate that critics hurl at her.

Gymgoer Katie Johnson (@happyfitkatie) is the latest influencer that has embraced the trend of sharing their height and weight.

She's unashamed of how she looks despite the "atrocious" comments that she receives online.

Katie revealed that she’s five feet seven inches tall and weighs 240 pounds.

She captioned the clip: “Heaviest and happiest [that] I’ve ever been.”

The fitness coach was seen showing off her muscles in the video that was taken in the gym.

She revealed that she's been weightlifting for years and believes her weight comes from her muscle.

Viewers rushed to praise Katie for “normalizing” her weight.

One said: “Thank you cause (sic) I’m 215 and everyone makes me feel huge.”

Another posted: “Thank God for you! I am 250 and this makes me feel so much better!!”

A third fan said: “GIRL SAME!! This is the first time I’ve seen someone with the same body and weight as me!!! I’m so excited. You are so beautiful.”

Viewers also commented that they’re “sick” of being reminded that the BMI (body mass index) is too high.

TikTokers also speculated on why they think critics make jibes about the weight of others.

One claimed that they’re “convinced” that haters feel threatened so resort to insults.

Another said: "Some of the comments on here are atrocious. You're stunning. Also, you have such a nice smile."

Katie is not the only influencer that has shrugged off the number that appears on the scale.

Gym-goer Natalia (@quadzillas) revealed in a video that she weighs 176 pounds, which places her near the “obese” range.

She claimed that weight is not synonymous with her health.

Meanwhile, The U.S. Sun reported how fitness influencer Deanna O’Donnell (@deannaodfit) reacted when she was told muscles on women are not “attractive.”

Sporting a T-shirt and shorts while holding a glass of water, the certified personal trainer shrugged off the comments in a viral clip.
