A MUM who lives in a one-bedroom apartment has been praised after showing how she turned a pokey wardrobe into a separate room for her daughter.

Tyler explained that she was determined to "make this 1 bedroom work with my baby girl", and showed the wardrobe as it looked to begin with.

She began the transformation by replacing the boring white light switch cover with a sparkling pink one.

She then added a Minnie Mouse decal to one wall, and pink spots of different sizes to the other.

And the little girl was clearly thrilled with the progress, beaming as she jumped up and down on the purple and pink single bed in her new room, as well as kissing the Minnie sticker on her wall.

The Disney theme continued with Minnie Mouse sheets and duvet cover.

While a little white bedside cabinet was added to put her essentials on, including her Minnie Mouse ears and tablet.

The room was completed with a little toy kitchen in one corner, while her clothes were put on hangers and hung from the rails along the top of the wardrobe.

Extra toys were put on top of the shelf too – with Tyler making the most of every extra inch of storage.

People were quick to take to the comments section of the TikTok video to praise her for the incredible makeover, with one writing: "A mother gonna make the best outta any situation."
