IF you have a bigger bust then you know the struggle of trying to keep up with fashion trends when everything seems to be off the shoulder or strapless.

Trying to navigate strapless bras when you're above a certain cup size can leave you feeling like you have no support at all.

Instagrammer Ms Kristine, who describes herself as a "curvy girl living in a trendy world," has shared her cheap hack to ensuring her chest is supported in strapless bras.

The Instagram influencer recommended wearing a bandeau bra over your strapless bra to give your chest full support.

Bandeau bras are available in a variety of sizes on sites such as Amazon for as little as $7.

Ms Kristine began her video by saying: "I’m speaking specifically to the members of the BTC, if you don’t know what that is, you’re probably not a member."

She continued: "Can never going to find good support with just a strapless bra alone. You're gonna get a bandeau bra like this one."

"Get it a size down so it's nice and tight. Some of them come with padding, so just take that out," Ms Kristine explained.

"Put it over your strapless bra. Nice and snug, it just gives you that support that you need," she said.

Ms Kristine's followers were impressed with the simple fashion hack, taking to the comments section to show their appreciation.
