I found an ugly playhouse on Facebook Marketplace and transformed it using a £2.50 product – it looks amazing | The SunJuly 8, 2023
A WOMAN has revealed how she picked up a cheap £20 playhouse for her kids from Facebook Marketplace and transformed it on the cheap.
The mum said she used bargain £2.50 flowers from Shein to turn it into a pretty pink paradise.
She uploaded a photo to the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK showing the jaw-dropping before and after shots.
She wrote: “My £20 bargain playhouse from Facebook marketplace and spent £30 on Wilkinson’s furniture paint and £2.50 on some Shein flowers.”
The bargain playhouse had been a garish green, pink and yellow colour, but after a lick of paint was a pink pastel hue.
She then attached the Shein flowers to the rooftop to make it look prettier.
