Graziano Di Prima has heartbreakingly revealed he can't find a way back home for Christmas amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Prime Minister Boris Johnson broke the spirit of many across the country after announcing the beloved holiday is cancelled, with London going into Tier 4 restrictions.

It means people who want to travel internationally will need a legally permitted reason to go, but otherwise must remain at home.

The Strictly Come Dancing star, 26, who recently danced in a sexy video with his fiancée Giada Lini, took the news hard and shared his devastation on his Twitter account with his 19,400 followers.

Over a grey background, he wrote: "There's something you CANNOT Buy… FAMILY.. I tried everything possible to make my way home.. but it's not possible…" followed by a crying emoji.

Graziano, who recently spoke out about his postponed wedding, added in the caption: "What just happened?.." alongside another crying emoji.

The star's legion of followers rushed to the comment section to offer words of comfort as one person wrote: "So sorry Graziano… I know the feeling, I can’t get home to my family either 🙁 Wishing you a Happy-ish Christmas none-the-less!"

"Aw @GrazianoDiPrima that's so sad. Team up with @pernicegiovann1 and have a crazy fun Christmas. Celebrate with your family when it's safer. We so appreciate all that @StrictlyPros have done to lift our spirits and Thank you. We'll get thru this together!" another said with a hearts emoji.

While a third added: "So sorry Graz that you will no get home for Christmas with your family. Sending lots of love and hugs to you and Giada," followed by two black heart emojis and two kissing emojis.

It comes as the Italian professional dancer recently opened up about why he proposed to Giada, 30, a second time after their wedding was postponed to July 2021.

“He asked me to marry him again!” exclaimed Giada in an exclusive interview with OK!. Ever the romantic, he sent her off for a relaxing massage while he made the preparations.

“I went to pick her up with some beautiful roses and I said, ‘Do you want to marry me? I know I’m not on one knee, and we’re not on stage like last time but I love you.’”

“I said yes, of course,” Giada interjected. “It was a weird day so it was a really nice surprise to make it a positive experience.”

She is similarly optimistic about their future wedding day. “I know our love is going to be forever, so we can wait another year.”
