Stacey Solomon praised for ‘brutally honest’ post about her ‘private parts’ after giving birth to son Rex

Stacey Solomon has been praised for sharing an “honest” post about her private parts after giving birth to son Rex.

The Loose Women presenter and boyfriend Joe Swash welcomed their first child together last month.

The 29-year-old has now taken to social media to update fans after giving birth, candidly revealing her “noon has healed”.

The mother-of-three wrote: "Definitely going to attempt to have a bath today. I am worried for my noon but apparently it's all healed and ready to bath wahoo!"

The post comes after Joe opened up on his “warrior” other-half as he discussed Rex’s arrival on Loose Women.

“He basically flew out, we nearly had to catch him,” Joe revealed to the Loose ladies.

“Stacey said because it all happened so fast, usually you have that nice little build-up before the big pain, but Stacey… it just came straight away. She’s such a warrior.”

“They put the gloves on to help give birth, and it was like a slip and slide – turn around, and boom!

“We didn’t have a nappy bag packed or anything – we had to run over to Mothercare."

Joe is already father to son Harry, 12, from a previous relationship, while Stacey is mother to Zach, 11, and Leighton, seven, also from former relationships.

Discussing Father’s Day, Joe added: “My harry is 12 now and I’ve got him on Sunday, so two of my boys together on Father’s Day.

“I lost my dad when I was young so I used to put father’s day behind a bit, but now it’s nice.

“It’s an amazing time – little Rex is such an anchor for our family. He’s our connection and connects us all together now.”
