A visibly angry Robert De Niro may have given a hint into how his messy divorce and child custody battle is going,.

De Niro was caught on camera chewing out his driver over the phone on Thursday, February 7 for leaving him on the sidewalk as he to tried avoid photographers following a divorce hearing, according to video seen on The Blast.

“Where are you? Where the f**k are you, man?” De Niro, 75, scolded his driver. “You were supposed to be right in front where you dropped us.”

His lawyers held newspapers around De Niro, as he yelled into his flip phone.

“I don’t care if the construction guys told you to move,” The Godfather Part II star said. “You’d see all the photographers out here. You’re not where you dropped us off.”

Eventually, De Niro creeped back inside to wait.

As Radar readers know, the Raging Bull star and wife Grace Hightower filed for divorce in November 2018, after 20 years together.

The divorce proceedings quickly turned nasty over the custody of their 7-year-old daughter Helen Grace, whom they had via surrogate.

The bickering couple are no strangers to painful separations, with De Niro originally filling for divorce from Hightower back in 1999. At the time they began a custody battle over son Elliot. In 2004, however, the two reconciled and renewed their vows.

But insiders told Radar this was never a match made in heaven, and the current court battle is just another indication of that.
