Queen + Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper, & More To Play Bushfire Relief ConcertJanuary 15, 2020
Queen + Adam Lambert, Alice Cooper, k.d. lang, Olivia Newton-John, John Farnham and a number of other artists will perform at Sydney’s ANZ Stadium on February 16 in a concert to raise money for the victims of Australia’s ravaging bushfires.
All the proceeds from the show will go to “Rescue” (rural and regional fire services), “Relief and Recovery” (Red Cross disaster relief and recovery) and “Rehabilitation” (RSPCA Bushfire Appeal).
Queen guitarist Brian May shared the details of the concert on his Instagram page.
The “Fire Fight Australia” concert “will kick off from 1 pm and run till late,” May wrote.
Tickets are on sale at www.ticketek.com.au and are priced at $100, $85 and $70 with an option to make further contributions to bushfire relief during purchase. Ticketek Australia is the only authorized seller of the show’s tickets.
