July 25, 2020

Hip-Hop superstar Kanye West has revealed the tracklist as well as the official title of his forthcoming album.

Dubbed Donda in honor of his late mother, the 20-track album was originally titled God’s Country and is slated to arrive on Friday, July 24.

The announcement came on the heels of a series of now-deleted tweets by West, in which he revealed the tracklist of the album and also claimed that he has been attempting to file for divorce from his wife and reality television star Kim Kardashian.

Meanwhile, the 43-year-old singer, who previously announced a run for president, filed the FEC Form 2 Statement of Candidacy on behalf of the newly formed “Birthday Party” and has been deemed eligible for the General Election ballot in the state of Oklahoma.

He also conducted his first-ever presidential campaign rally in South Carolina on Sunday, July 19, and went on to have an emotional meltdown on stage, at one point even shouting the words “I almost killed my daughter” while on the topic of abortion.

Kardashian has since taken to social media to clarify that West has long suffered from bipolar disorder and that he “is a brilliant but complicated person who on top of the pressures of being an artist and a black man, who experienced the painful loss of his mother, and has to deal with the pressure and isolation that is heightened by his bi-polar disorder.”
