Comedian Joe Lycett has trolled us all with a fake Sue Gray report, and it’s hilarious.
As the nation awaits the Senior Civil Servant’s findings on alleged Downing Street lockdown parties, the presenter and stand-up comic, 33, shared a fake Cabinet Office findings report, alongside a tweet.
In it, he said: ‘BREAKING: Leaked Sue Gray report reveals shocking abuse of the rules. Hard to see how the PM can cling on after this.’
Joe’s faux report noted a ‘culture of Covid-19 regulation breaking at Number 10 Downing Street’ and that ‘games were played that were known as “slow dance” and “pass the a**ehole”.’
The jokes continued with a referenced to WhatsApp groups being made to ‘organise gatherings’ and that the chats were called ‘definitely a meeting’ and ‘down it street’.
According to Joe’s report, Hear’Say’s Pure and Simple was played at one of the parties, and everyone took ‘twateral flow’ tests.

The post left other Twitter users in stitches, with many admitting they didn’t realise at first that the post wasn’t real.
Taking to Twitter, one said: ‘There’s definitely a WhatsApp group called “Down It Street”.’
Another added: ‘Came for the joke Stayed for the “surely this isn’t real” and “this has got to be a fake” comments. Sublime.’

Another said: ‘I got all the way down to point 6 before i realised this wasn’t real ffs.’
Joe has recently been keeping fans laughing on Twitter by tweeting his ‘support’ for Boris, telling him ‘not to rise to it babe’ and that it’s been a ‘toxic atmosphere’ at the recent PMQs.
In one, he wrote: ‘@BorisJohnson dont rise to it babe, im with nadine we r on ur side no matter what xoxox.’
In another, he quipped: ‘@BorisJohnson such a toxic atmosphere in there babe, you were so right 2 not rise 2 it hunni xoxo.’
The Johnson administration has been under pressure lately, with about two thirds of British adults saying he should resign as Prime Minister.
