Jamie Redknapp’s wife Frida shares adorable snap of him bonding with baby son

Jamie Redknapp celebrated his first Father’s Day with his son Raphael on Sunday.

The 48 year old was captured indulging in precious bonding time with his baby boy in photos shared by his wife Frida to mark the special occasion.

Jamie and Frida welcomed their first child together last November, joining the footballer’s other sons Charley and Beau, shared with ex wife Louise Redknapp and Frida’s four children with tycoon ex husband Jonathan Lourie.

In one sweet shot posted on Instagram, Raphael was seen sleeping beside dad Jamie as he smiled and watched over his son and in another, the cute baby boy was pictured resting open-eyed beside next to Jamie on the sofa.

A third snap showed Jamie holding his son as they sat on the beach by the sea adorably.

“Happy Fathers Day to all the great dads out there. Raphael's 1st one with his amazing and special daddy,” Frida captioned.

The model also included a picture of her own dad in the series of photos shared as she paid tribute to him also in the post.

Jamie posted a love heart emoji in response and fans joined him in giving their reactions to the touching photos in the comment section.

"So so cute. Raphael looks like he's wondering what to get up to next. I'm sure he's got Daddy wrapped around his little finger,” one person wrote.

"The cutest pudding! And a lovely dad,” a second follower said, as another added: “Best daddy”.

The former Liverpool player praised his own dad following his wife’s post on Father’s Day, as he wrote: “Happy Father’s Day H. You’re my inspiration and my best friend. I adore spending time with you. Have the best day mate.

"Ps the clothes in pic one it will all make sense very soon! And Happy Father’s Day to all you dads out there."

Jamie and Frida are thought to have started dating in 2020 as the pair confirmed their relationship in the summer of that year.

The couple married in October of last year and their son arrived a few short weeks after the surprise ceremony.

Jamie announced the birth of son Raphael on social media, writing: "Meet Raphael Anders Redknapp we’re so In love , mum is doing so well too .

"We can’t thank the amazing doctors and nurses at the Chelsea and Westminster enough".
