Jamie Redknapp, 48, and his wife Frida, 38, have been seen on Jamie’s Instagram as the two worked up a sweat for Valentine’s Day. The ex-footballer shared a snap of the couple at a boxing gym in Mayfair.
The pair were dressed up in full workout garb as they posed with their trainer.
The couple, who recently welcomed their son Raphael three months ago, spent Valentine’s Day together after returning from their honeymoon in the Maldives.
Frida smiled as she stood next to her husband, make-up free.
Jamie captioned the post: “Valentine’s Day @jab_box with my girl. You killed us @george__veness.”
The pundit sent out the post to his 1.4 million followers.
Fans and friends of the couple took to the post to express their well wishes and compliments.

The couple recently returned from their honeymoon at the luxury hotel One and Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives.
It was also their first holiday with newborn baby Raphael.
The Swedish model gave birth to her fifth child 12 weeks ago.
Raphael is also Jamie’s third child.
He is father to Charles, 17, and Beau, 13, with ex-wife Louise Redknapp.
In November, Jamie revealed in a post on Instagram: “Meet Raphael Anders Redknapp we’re so in love, mum is doing so well too…”
