Jake Quickenden has opened up how he's finding parenthood and has revealed he's got a brand new tattoo in honour of his baby boy Leo.
The 32 year old, who recently revealed his girlfriend Sophie was told to "drown your baby" by a horrific troll, took to his Instagram feed to share a sweet snap of himself with his little bundle of joy before speaking out about his "greatest achievement".
The photo sees the newborn wearing a white babygrow with a little hat on his head as he sits on his dad's lap, who is shirtless, highlighting the giant new lion tattoo on the left side of his chest.
In the caption, the doting dad spoke out about how much he's been worrying over Leo as he fell ill and was forced to dash off to hospital in early April.
"BLESS HIM…. Leo the lion always in my heart and always over it!!" he began his lengthy message to his 934,000 followers.
Jake continued: "Leo had his Jabs today and handled it like a beast. This 11weeks has been a blur the most amazing time of my life, never did I know I could worry so much," followed by a crying with laughter emoji.
The former X Factor star went on to reveal he now realises he can function fine with minimal sleep as he said: "I’ve realised sleep is overrated and I can actually get by on 4 hours.
"What I have noticed is you know your own baby more than anyone and you need to follow your instincts if you think something is wrong then don’t stop until you get answers!!
"Being a dad is my greatest achievement. Thanks to @cj_humps_tattoos for the lion tattoo it’s more than I even expected." followed by two red heart emojis and a lion emoji. Underneath the photo, he added: "My boy," with a red heart emoji.
It comes as Jake recently spoke out about the intense trolling he's had to deal since the birth of his child.

"Being in the public eye for as long as I have now, I got used to nasty comments about me and my personality, and I shouldn’t have to get used to it because it shouldn’t be happening," he said to Metro.co.uk.
"I understand if somebody doesn’t like me, or I understand if somebody thinks I’m a little bit annoying, because I am.
"But to say it about a baby who hasn’t really even got a personality yet, and to say nasty things about the way he looks, I couldn’t get my head around it. It made something boil inside of me, I just was so angry with it all.
"It got me down for the first few weeks because I was in this bubble of just so much love and happiness, I just had a kid, and then this started happening."
He added: "More often than not, which is surprising to me, it’s the mums. Usually the hate that I used to get from lads, which is understandable. Lads pick on and give s**t to other lads, if they’re jealous of them or whatever.
"But this seems to be mums, and there’s groups on Facebook discussing the way that I parent or the way that he looks."
