Inside Noel Gallagher’s stunning six-bed mansion up for sale at £8million

April 6, 2019

Noel Gallagher has cut the price of his six-bed London property by another million pounds – after already knocking £2.55m off the price tag.

The Oasis star has been trying to sell the Grade II-listed semi-detached house since 2016, when he put it first on the market for £11.5m

51-year-old Noel then slashed the price in December last year in the hopes of tempting a potential buyer.

After now reducing the price by a further million, the stunning home in London's Little Venice is now keenly priced at £7.94m.

The property sits on the banks of Regent's Canal and boasts balconies on the front and back.

The stucco-fronted period property also features a wrap-around garden and two outdoor dining areas, as well as six bathrooms, and a dressing room.

According to the sales details, it sits on "arguably the most desirable street in Little Venice".

The brochure for the home, on sale with Ian Green Residential, describes it as a 'charming property,' nestled on the banks of the picturesque Regent's Canal and 'moments away' from the boutique shops and cafes of Clifton Road.

The listing reads: "The main house offers a double reception room on the ground floor with high ceilings and pretty Juliet balconies both to the front and rear.

"The first floor is occupied by a beautiful master suite leading up to three further bedrooms on the second floor.

"The house benefits from great entertainment space on the garden level with a further family room, large kitchen with eat in breakfast area and a separate dining room which leads directly out onto a private patio.

"The semi-detached house is surrounded by a generous wrap around garden affording two outdoor dining areas.

"To the rear of the house sits a self-contained mews house as well as a fully fitted gymnasium and off street parking which is rarely available in this neighbourhood."

The home is listed on Right Move and photos show a lounge with a print of John Lennon, and 'I Love London' artwork over the dining area.

The property also features a grand purple entrance hall, an entire floor dedicated to a gym, and a separate mews house in the grounds.
