Dierks Bentley and Florida Georgia Line‘s Tyler Hubbard support universal background checks, and have joined a nationwide campaign, TOMS’ “End Gun Violence Together.”

The country music satrs shared a link to the website of the TOMS apparel company, where they can send postcards to Congressmen calling on them to enact law to implement universal background checks when it comes to buying a firearm.

Both the singers took to social media in support of the campaign started by TOMS company founder Blake Mycoskie, which has so far attracted more than 600,000 signatures.

“Proud of my friend Blake Mycoskie and TOMS for jumping into the discussion on how we can work together to #endgunviolence,” Bentley said on Instagram. “He has a gift for bringing people together and I’m happy to see him applying it to this cause,” he added.

“I think we can all come together and all agree that something has to change. It’s unacceptable. We shouldn’t have to walk out of the house and live in fear any more,” Hubbard said.
