Elizabeth Hurley Looks Straight-Up Stunning In Her Latest Bikini Pic

Elizabeth Hurley is having a good morning. And she wants all of her Instagram followers to have one, too. So, the 54-year-old (yep, you read that right) blessed the world with one of her trademark bikini shots, and it’s straight fire.

In it, Elizabeth is reclining—flat abs on full display—and working a coral-colored bikini for all it’s worth. Her hair is perfectly tousled, and her makeup is subtle, giving the actress that “I woke up like this” look that’s so freaking hard to master. To top it all off, she captioned the post, “Good morning 😘,” before hashtagging her swimsuit line, Elizabeth Hurley Beach.

That was all it took for people to completely lose it in the comments. “Great morning now,” said one. “Goddess,” wrote another. And then there’s my personal favorite: “Just f*ckn wow.”

Liz may wake up looking that good, but she works really hard to get those flat abs and fit body. She previously told Women’s Health that her beauty secret is “making more time for exercise, eating nutritious foods, and taking the time to do relaxing activities.”

As for her diet, she shared some pretty specific tidbits. She drinks two mugs of warm water in the morning, followed by Greek yogurt with a banana and honey. For lunch, she usually opts for a bowl of vegetable soup, and for dinner, she likes to eat grilled chicken with “lots and lots and lots” of veggies.

Though Liz is pretty strict about what she eats, she tends to be more of a found fitness fan. She likes to do squats while she brushes her teeth and takes 30-minute walks with her dogs that are “fast enough to get my heart rate up.” She also does yoga and Pilates when she can.

As a whole, Liz says she tries to focus on being good to her body by exercising regularly and eating well. “I have my own organic farm, so I eat only my own meat and vegetables,” she told The Telegraph. “I buy everything else from a local farmer’s market and health-food shops. I eat very little processed food.”
