This is the incredible moment a mother showcases her flair for multi-tasking by bowling a perfect strike while breastfeeding her baby daughter.

The footage shows mother-of-two Kristin Whalen, from Salem, Illinois, perform the impressive shot while nursing her daughter Lorelei on June 7.

During the stunt, the doting mother displays her prowess by firmly holding onto the infant’s head and sending the ball spinning towards the ten pins at the end of the lane.

As the video begins, Ms Whalen, who is dressed in blue leggings and a black T-shirt, grasps the orange bowling ball and approaches the lane.

With her baby firmly secured in the baby sling wrapped around her, the mother lowers herself into position and releases the ball.

The mother then watches as the spinning ball hurtles down the slippery wooden floor and crashes into the ten pins stood at the end of the lane.

Ms Whalen, who had been celebrating her nephew’s birthday at the bowling alley, then nonchalantly walks away with her daughter cradled in her arms.

The mother later described how she believed mothers were capable of anything and this included being able to bowl while nursing.

This is not the first time bowlers have been filmed scoring a strike in a creative manner.

In May 2018, McKinley Knopp from Campbellsville, Kentucky, was filmed performing a mind-blowing trick that involved knocking over all ten pins using two balls.

During the clip, Mr Knopp sent one bowling ball crashing into the pins at pace and left just one standing.

The final pin was then knocked over by another slow spinning ball that Mr Knopp released moments earlier.
