In the much anticipated video, the 25-year-old popstar – who split with fiance Pete Davidson back in October – pays homage to the iconic characters of four popular noughties chick flicks: Legally Blonde, Mean Girls, Bring It On and 13 going on 30.

While some of the original cast members took part in the new video, the absence of others got us wondering where they are now.

Here, Sun Online takes a closer look at where the cast of the four films ended up.

Mean Girls

Jonathan Bennett (Aaron Samuels)

Since playing Lindsay Lohan and Rachel McAdam’s love interest Aaron Samuels in 2004 hit Mean Girls, Jonathan Bennett, 37, has gone on to star in other hit films such as Cheaper By The Dozen 2, and played Kevin Grady in TV show Smallville.

He also appeared on US reality show, Dancing With The Stars, and has made a name for himself within the baking world, hosting his own Food Network show in the US called Cake Wars.

The 37-year-old star who is all loved up with boyfriend Jaymes Vaughn, has even written a parody cookbook – The Burn Cookbook – which is full of “real recipes to feed your inner plastic”.

Ultimate Mean Girl Regina George was played by Rachel McAdams, now 40.

She went on to star in another classic – The Notebook, in 2004 – and blockbusters Wedding Crashers and Sherlock Holmes.

Most recently she starred in Disobedience, and filmed a lesbian sex scene with Rachel Weisz.

Speaking about filming the scene, Rachel said: “There was an energy to that scene that I haven’t experienced in any other sex scenes [with men] in my career.”

The star also revealed she’d ‘secretly’ given birth to a baby boy earlier this year with partner Jamie Lindin.

Lacey Chabert (Gretchen Wieners)

Known in the film for her attempts to make the phrase “fetch” happen, 14 years on Gretchen Weiners actress Lacey, now 37, has made a name for herself as a voice actress.

She was the voice of Eliza Thornberry in children’s cartoon series, The Wild Thornberrys – and featured in Not Another Teen Movie.

She married long-term love David Nehdar in 2013, and the couple have a daughter, Julia, who was born September 2016.

Amanda Seyfried (Karen Smith)

Despite being in the Mean Girl crew, film fans couldn’t help but warm to Amanda Seyfried’s ditzy character, Karen Smith.

Since the rom-com, Amanda, now 32, has had an illustrious career, starring in Dear John, Mamma Mia! and 2012’s Oscar-nominated Les Miserables.

Amanda enjoyed huge success with Mamma Mia 2 this year, and is currently filming and American comedy, the Art of Racing in the Rain.

Proving she’s not one to be typecast, 42-year-old actress Reese – who played Elle Woods – went on to win an Oscar for her performance as June Carter in 2005’s Walk The Line.

She now perhaps best known for her role as Madeline Martha Mackenzie in TV series Big Little Lies, and has won two Golden Globes and an Academy Award since Legally Blonde was released.
